        The 2018 annual shareholder's meeting was held on May 24^th, 2019 at RHI. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Wu Jian, Chairman of the Board.

        The meeting reviewed and approved 16 proposals including the "2018 Board Report", "2018 Annual Report" and its summary, as well as "Proposal on the company's 2018 profit distribution".
