The first meeting of third Board of Directors was held on Oct. 26th, 2015. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Wujian, Chairman of the Board. “Motion on election of company chairman”, “Motion on election of company vice-chairman”, “Motion on election of special committee member of Board of Directors” were considered and adopted. Chairman, Vice-Chairman and etc. were elected.
