The annual third extraordinary shareholder meeting was held on Oct. 26th, 2015. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Wujian, Chairman of the Board. “Election of non independent directors of RHI 3rd Board of Directors”, “Election of independent directors of RHI 3rd Board of Directors”, “Motion on election of RHI Board of Supervisors”, “Motion on applying credit from bank with assets of holding subsidiaries” were considered and adopted. The latest Board of Director and Board of Supervisors were elected.
