The first Meeting of the second Session of the Board was held in the company conference room on October 27, 2012. The meeting was chaired by Mr Wu Jian, Chairman of the Board.“Motion for election of Chairman”, “Motion for election of Vice Chairman”, “Motion for appointment of President” were considered and adopted.
Mr. Wu Jian was elected as Chairman of the second Session of the Board. Mr. Shi Xiaoyue was elected as Vice Chairman.
Examined and approved by the Board of Directors, Mr. Wu Jian was appointed as President. Mr. Xie Guixing was appointed as Secretary of the Board. Mr. Jason Sun, Miss Li Xiaoqin, Mr. Lu Hongbing, Mr. Xie Guixing were appointed as Vice president.
Miss Li Xiaoqin was appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Miss Gu Qi was appointed as Manager of Audition Dept. Mr. Liu Cong was appointed as Securities Affairs Representative. All member service term is 3 years.
