Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. 

The annual fourth extraordinary shareholders meeting was held in the company conference room on October 27, 2012. The meeting was chaired by Mr Wu Jian, Chairman of the Board.“Motion for election of the Board of Directors ”, “Motion for election of Board of Supervisors ”, “Motion for providing security for the wholly owned subsidiary” and other 3 motions were considered and adopted.

The Board of Director and the Board of Supervisors were elected. The newly elected Directors are: Mr. Wu Jian, Mr. Shi Xiaoyue, Mr. Sha Mingjun, Mr. Xiao Feng, Mr. Wu Yun, Mr. Xie Guixing, Mr. Xu Shengyue, Mi. Ni Shoubing and Mr. Wu Mingfang. Mr. Xu Shengyue, Mr. Ni Shoubing and Mr. Wu Mingfang are independent Directors. The newly elected Supervisors are: Miss Tang Ming, Mr. Xu Yonghua and Miss Dai Yiming. Miss Dai Yiming was elected as employee representative supervisor. All member service term is 3 years.
