Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. 

Recently, Rainbow held 2011 year profession technological competition. The production department workers registered enthusiastically, and at last nearly a hundred people participated in the theoretical and practical testing of welding, assembly and painting through selection procedures. After three day’s tense testing, the final ranking was obtained: Welding / the first prize Wu Wei, the second prize Li Dexin & Gu Xiaodong, the third prize Wang Jinshan & Zhang Xinjian & Wu Boxin; Assembly / the first prize Xing Zhenhua, the second prize Yang Zhihua & Yang Lin, the third prize Chen Bin & Chen Jian & Zhou Deqing; Painting / the first prize Xu Meihua, the second prize Zhou Yanzhen, the third prize Ding Aiyong.

This competition was organized by the Trade Union, the Quality Department, the Technological Department, the Product Department and the Enterprise Operation Department. It was not only a synthetical examination to operational workers’ skills, it also wanted to set a good example, encourage everybody to hone skills, and form an unceasing aggressive atmosphere.
