From April 3rd to 5th, RHI organized spring outing for partial workers by using Tomb-sweeping Day little vacation time. These destinations were the Zhejiang Xitang Ancient Town, Anhui Mount Huang, Beijing and so on. The tour which organized by company was a manifestation of employee benefit, it could let staff relax after busy working and strike a balance between work and rest. Many colleagues indicated that they deepened the understanding of each other through the activity, and it would be advantageous to promote the cooperation ability. At the same time, many Employees families also parted in this activity which elaborated the idea of “Work Attentively, Live Happily”, and it was also advantageous to obtain families’ approval and support to our work.
