The curtain-raiser’s situation were: the third workshop team defeated the first workshop team by 4:3 in a close game; the fourth workshop team defeated the fifth workshop team by 3:2 difficultly though many disputes appeared in the game, and the office united team defeated the united team of the second and sixth workshop by 6:1 with no suspense, and now the office united team was in first place on the scoreboard.
