Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. 

On 14th March 2012, the third time of the first workers conference was held on the third floor in the training building. The chairman of Labor Union, Chen Nanshan hosted the conference, while staff representatives in every electoral department entered it. To elect a new labor union committee is the main subject in this conference. The second Labor Union Committee was elected by the democratic election from the all staff representatives.
After the conference, the new second labor union committee discussed about how to improve the work of labor union to promote the development of Rainbow in the new world situation.
