Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. 

On the afternoon of 31th, Dec. 2011, Rainbow held a tug-of-war in the square next to the southern gate. 12 teams, formed of workshops, departments and Parktec Branch, joined the game. After fierce competitions among them, the Team 1 of Workshop 1 won the first prize, the Team 1 of Workshop 4 won the second prize and the Team 2 of the Office won the third.
The tug-of-war, which is held on Oct. 31th every year, is one of traditional games in Rainbow. And it is the eighth now. The tug-of-war, not only enriches the staff’s spare time, but also develops the teamwork. Besides, the tug-of-war helps Rainbow keep and develop its own corporate culture.
