November 28, Cargotec's latest developed MacRACK electric driven system on-site demonstration was held in Rainbow.
Cargotec Sales Manager Mr. Tommi Keskilohko led a group about 200 representatives from domestic and overseas shipyards, ship owners visited Rainbow, viewed the MacRACK electric driven system’s product demonstration, and then visited Rainbow’s workshops.
It is reported that this system will be applied to hatch covers to replace conventional hydraulic driven system to make the operation more convenient. For more important purport, the all-electric driven system brought a new philosophy of environmental protection.
The demonstrated product was fabricated and installed by Rainbow wholly.
