Established in September 2003, Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (RAINBOWCO) is located in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone, one of the first 14 state-level economic and technological development zones in China. The Company's registered capital is currently RMB 886 million. In September 2010, the Company went public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock abbreviation: RAINBOWCO, stock code: 002483).

It has six wholly-owned subsidiaries and over 40 holding sub-subsidiary companies under its umbrella.

The Company's core business focuses on high-end equipment manufacturing, mainly including material handling equipment, offshore engineering equipment, vessels and marine equipment, among others. Currently, the Company operates five equipment manufacturing bases, namely RAINBOWCO, RHM, RIC, ROC, and RIE. Through years of operation, our products and services have expanded globally, covering more than 50 countries and regions in international markets. As an international equipment provider, the Company has established subsidiaries in Germany, Japan, Australia, India, Singapore, Colombia, Finland, South Africa and other countries. Meanwhile, it has set up sales and after-sales service networks in Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Australia, Latin America, Africa and other regions.

The Company places great emphasis on brand building, creating two key product brands, "GENMA" and "KOCH". It is committed to catering to the global market by offering a range of material lifting and handling solutions for ports and wharfs, marine engineering, mining storage yards, offshore engineering, and other sectors.

"GENMA" is a brand of the Company for material handling solutions, covering four major solution categories: shipyard/material yard/workshop lifting solutions, offshore engineering lifting solutions, bulk material handling solutions, container terminal lifting equipment, and multifunctional high-efficiency material handling machines. After years of market operation, the GENMA brand has gained high market recognition. It has been recognized as a "Jiangsu Provincial Key Cultivated and Developed Internationally Renowned Brand" and has also obtained the "Jiangsu Famous Product Certificate" issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Brand Strategy Promotion Committee. "KOCH" is a globally renowned brand for integrated heavy bulk material handling solutions. Boasting an 80-year brand history, it's solutions are widely applied in the loading, unloading, and handling of bulk materials such as ores, coal, etc., in various places like mines, ports, and storage yards.
